 December 2005 I really wish that I could spend more time near the ocean. I love the sounds, the smell and obviously the incredible views found there. These gulls were captured in San Diego, California late one afternoon. | |

| ABOUT ME: I've always been drawn to beauty. Years ago, I thought I wanted to be an artist and draw what I saw but that was somewhat frustrating at times and as it is with most artists, the inspiration is either on or off. Then I met the love of my life, who became my wife. I wanted to photograph her so I started learning photography and the rest is history. I love nature & landscape photography. I enjoy shooting still life images and even doing abstract versions of various subjects at times. I worked in a photo lab for 25 years, shot & processed everything from 35mm to 4x5 but now have transitioned to digital. I now process my images using photoshop and I'm not going back. I love to share my work with others and really appreciate the comments that I receive from time to time.  |
